Join Nordic Ocean Watch Denmark and Scandic Spectrum for a cleanup along the Kalvebod Brygge waterfront, followed by a saunagus session in Scandic Spectrum's wellness facilities alongside your fellow volunteers!
How the evening runs:
16:30: We meet in front of Scandic Spectrum for a short introduction.
We spend about an hour collecting waste along the waterfront together.
Then we sort and weigh what we've found — citizen science in action!
We finish with a saunagus session to unwind together.
The full experience takes around 2½ hours. All cleanup equipment is provided. Just dress for the weather and bring a swimsuit for the sauna.
Spots and sign-up:
There are 20 spots available, and they go quickly, so we recommend booking in advance on copenpay.com to secure your place. Scan the QR code and look for Nordic Ocean Watch on the app.
Tickets are free — if your plans change, please cancel yours so another volunteer can take the spot. If the event shows as sold out, it's still worth bringing a swimsuit and stopping by, as places sometimes free up on the day.
This event is part of CopenPay, Copenhagen's initiative that rewards conscious choices — like cleaning the harbour — with local experiences. Learn more at copenpay.com
